Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 Delivery Information

At Crown Food Store, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle deliveries:

 Delivery Timeframe

  • All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends).

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday.

  Missed or Altered Deliveries

If you reschedule, redirect, cancel, reject, or refuse delivery without prior notice, we cannot accept liability for any delays or spoilage—especially for fresh or frozen products.

Once your order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.

 If You’re Not Home

If no one is available to receive the parcel, our courier will leave it in a safe location within your premises, whenever possible.

⚖️ Shipping Weight & Charges

  • Shipping costs are based on the Total Weight of your order.

  • This includes the gross weight (product + packaging) or, for bulky but light items, volumetric weight, calculated using standard logistics formulas.

  • The final delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the type and weight of your items.
