Next Day Delivery: All our orders are shipped with next working day delivery (weekend delivery not included). Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after the 11am cut-off time on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. This ensures that your products arrive in optimal condition, ready to eat, cook, or store in the freezer or fridge. Delivery costs start as low as £4.99 for orders up to 15kg within the UK, with an additional charge of £0.30 (or more) per kilogram for heavier orders. To maintain the integrity of frozen items, we use insulated packaging with ice packs, which is included in the total shipping cost—we cover part of this for you. We partner with ParcelForce or DPD for deliveries. The cut-off time for same-day shipping with next working day delivery is 11am. For the Reading area, we also offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11am, upon request.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification along with an estimated arrival time from our third-party delivery partner.

To guarantee that frozen products reach you in perfect condition, we use insulated cold pouches and ice packs. The cost of this packaging is included in the total shipping fee.
We reserve the right to charge a 5% fee on the total value of your order if you choose to cancel after it has already been packed. This fee covers the time and effort our staff invest in carefully packing and unpacking orders, as well as the cost of wasted packaging materials. This policy applies to orders over £100 and to any order containing frozen items, regardless of the total cost.
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, we can only issue a refund for dry items after the order is returned to our warehouse. Frozen and fresh items are non-refundable in this situation. The order must be delivered to you first, and any dry items that are returned in their original packaging and in good condition will be refunded once received. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
